BOOKING POLICIES

Please refer to the following payment methods, guidelines and cancellation policy before making a reservation. Please note that we accept payments online as well as offline. All reservations made directly with us are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned here.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel more than 30+ days before arrival, you get a full refund*. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, you get no refund**. Day tour bookings are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

*We refund 100% of what we receive in INR in a maximum of 2 weeks, minus transaction / currency conversion fees.

 

** Your booking is non-refundable if the reservation date partly or wholly coincides with Puja Holidays (in West Bengal), Diwali or 23 Dec - 1 Jan.

** Because of COVID-19, if we are unable to honour your reservation and give you notice anytime between 0-30 days before check in, you will be allowed a free date changes (subject to availability) instead of a refund.

 

PAYMENTS

We confirm reservations upon receiving the full payment up front.

Indian Customers: We accept payments via cash, card, bank transfer, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI

Foreign Customers: We accept payments via cash and card
