CANCELLATIONS

If You Cancel:
 
**If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you get a full refund*. If you cancel <= 30 days before arrival, you get no refund (other than the damage deposit in case of bookings for shooting purposes). Day tour bookings are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

*We refund 100% of what we receive in INR in a maximum of 2 weeks, minus transaction fees. However, the concerned refund period becomes 30-60 days if you have a long term stay with us (i.e. if your stay is 21 days or longer).

 

** Your booking is non-refundable if the reservation date partly or wholly coincides with Puja Holidays (in West Bengal) or 23 Dec - 1 Jan.

If We Cancel:
In some exceptional circumstances, we may cancel your reservation. These are mentioned below.
If We Cancel Due To COVID-19: Due to the current global situation regarding COVID-19, it is possible that key members of our hospitality management and staff (we are a 17-member team) may contract COVID-19 or show related symptoms at any time. In such a situation, we may have to temporarily close down. If so, we will have to take the unfortunate decision to reschedule your reservation. The rescheduling is subject to availability on the new dates, but is flexible to anytime in the following 365 days, allows name changes, allows usage of units individually (i.e. if you have a 5 day booking, you can reschedule to 2 bookings of 3 and 2 days respectively). There is no refund applicable in such a case.
If We Cancel Because You Are Not Paying On Time (applies only to bookings for shooting purposes): It is possible that we cancel your reservation because you are refusing to clear your dues with us in a timely manner. If this is so, your reservation is entirely non-refundable, except the security deposit for damages.
If We Cancel Because of Force Majeure: Force Majeure cancellations from our end are subject to the same rescheduling policies as those of cancellations due to COVID-19. Please refer to the paragraph above.

PAYMENTS

We confirm reservations upon receiving the 100% of the total charges in advance. We block rooms for a maximum of 24 hours, during which time you can complete your payment.

Indian Customers:
We accept payments via cash, card, bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe.
