CANCELLATIONS

If You Cancel:
 
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you get a full refund*. If you <= 30 days before arrival, you get no refund**. Day tour bookings are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

*We refund 100% of what we receive in INR in a maximum of 2 weeks, minus transaction fees. However, the concerned period becomes 60+ days if you have a long term stay with us (i.e. if your stay is 21 days or longer).

 

** Your booking is non-refundable if the reservation date partly or wholly coincides with Puja Holidays (in West Bengal), Diwali or 23 Dec - 1 Jan.

If We Cancel Due To COVID-19:

** Due to the current global situation regarding COVID-19, it is possible that key members of our hospitality management and staff (we are a 17-member team) may contract COVID-19 or show related symptoms at any time. In such a situation, we may have to temporarily close down, in accordance with local laws, in order to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. If so, we will have to take the unfortunate decision to reschedule your reservation. The rescheduling is subject to availability on the new dates, but is flexible to anytime in the following 365 days (or longer, on request), allows name changes (i.e. is fully transferable to others of your choice), allows usage of units individually (i.e. if you have a 5 day booking, you can reschedule to 2 bookings of 3 and 2 days respectively). Please give us the new dates at least 1 month prior to arrival. There is no refund applicable as the current financial climate of the hospitality industry due to the pandemic does not allow us to consider this option.

 

PAYMENTS

We confirm reservations upon receiving the full payment up front.

Indian Customers: We accept payments via cash, card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), NEFT, RTGS, IMPS (details will be emailed to you after you book), Paytm (to 8420193056), UPI (to 918420193056@federal)

Foreign Customers: We accept payments via cash and card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
